FLOATING HEADS
A distinctly dreadful and dated style of graphic art originated in the 1950s: the "detached" or "floating" diva head. The glorious million-dollar voice comes out of her mouth, so all we really need is the head, right? All these diva decapitations are enough to give me nightmares!
